PHARMAGRAPHICS GUY LEADS THE WAY WITH VISION VERIFICATION
Pharmagraphics Guy has recently installed advanced technology for off-line and on-line Vision Verification to assist the production of conforming self adhesive labels. Labels supplied to our security sensitive customers not only bear information, they also bear responsibility. Any error on a label can cause extensive mis-application consequences, so we have developed comprehensive operating procedures and protocols to minimise the risks. Reflecting the stringent standards we adhere to, we have achieved numerous ship-to-production line accreditations from our customers.
Our high tech camera inspection systems compare every label across the web to our customers supplied PDF approved artwork. Once a fault is detected by the camera, the machine stops and the defective label is re-wound to the inspection station on the machine where the appropriate corrective actions are taken.

Our high speed finishing Vision Verification systems equipped with multiple lane numbering capability as well as a leader and trailer facility to minimise waste and to assist the speedy insertion of a reel on a label application system. The reaction to our specialist Vision Verification finishing systems from our customers has been extremely positive and the majority now require their labels to be processed through it to access the quality assurance that it offers.
PHARMAGRAPHICS GUY OFFERS COST EFFECTIVE PLOW FOLDED REEL FED LEAFLETS
At Pharmagraphics Guy we offer our customers printed leaflets in roll format for on line cutting, folding and insertion in one pass. With the ever increasing demands for more information on leaflets, we also offer double plow folded multiple coloured leaflets in roll format. This is a unique cost effective system for high volume leaflet end users.
We offer our customers up to six colours printed on both side of the leaflet. We also use a variety of lightweight opaque papers ranging from 40-60gsm in the production of these leaflets.
